On Tuesday, July 9, 2019, City Council approved funds for the Annual Grant Program.  Rental fees for your events from Monday, July 22, 2019 –  Monday, November 25, 2019, will be covered by the 2019-2020 General Fund Budget for the Torrance Cultural Arts Center.
